We live in a world where sometimes we try to make things very simple, very black and white… But, that is not always the case, we actually live in a world that is very very GREY. I would like to think we live in a world where the criminals are easy to identity, where the ones who prey on others can be seen coming miles away; instead we they are sharks that come from the depths and snatch you away back into their abyss. I am talking about lawyers, judges, the whole GOT-DAMN system!
But lets focus on just one facet of that very complex and slimey world, behold the scum of the earth, FAMILY LAW ATTORNEYS.
These people are true ravenous sharks. They prey and prey upon you, offer you sweet nothings, and promise you “you are in good hands, we are a team…” When it’s so far from the truth. They bait you to stick around, to not fire them, that everything will be alright, when in truth their goal is to prey upon you during the most horrific and most vulnerable state you will be in, the fight for your loved one(s) – Or rather the fight for your right to be a willing parent desiring to do what’s right and be involved 100% in your child’s life when the other parent is being insane.
Instead they play this drag out game, nickel and dime you for every phone call and email, and when all is said and done, you come to realize your retainer really was just an hors d’oeuvre for the many sharks that are a part of this frenzy of blood-thirsty sharks. I can speak from experience and say that all , and I mean ALL of these family law attorneys will milk you dry, and they will have no problem trying to ruin your life to get every drop of your blood.
I’m not going to name names, but I will tell you this, these family law attorneys are worst then criminal law attorneys. I received more attention, ease, compromise, and just peace of mind and soul with a criminal law attorney, then I did with the handful of family law attorneys. Worst chapter of my life… I wish I can say its over, but the FIGHT continues, as I now have to argue against these attorneys who want money for services that weren’t rendered, and for a slew of other ridiculous items.
